Underwent a root canal with Bolten a decade ago. I've had pain in the tooth since that time and finally went to a top endodontist practice in DFW. They discovered not only that he didn't get all of the nerve material from the canals, but entirely missed a canal. This tooth was major infected. To be fair to Bolten, tooth #15 (molar) is a difficult tooth with a lot of canals - but this was pretty botched. Keep with him for fillings, don't do your root canals with him.
