The ladies in the office are always wonderful. Very sweet and kind to my son. Dr. Bartiss isn't the same experience. He has moved my son's hands and legs in ways that made it seem like he was physically aggravated and didn't want to be there. Like, his movement of my son was almost aggressive. Very agitated. My 3 year old was happy when I said we didn't have to go back. When I pushed back on questions he seemed standoffish and not really willing to discuss other options outside of what he says. Really just the best experience for my 8 year old daughter, and 2 year old son. They needed a corrective surgery that required small cuts on the outside of their eyes, both kids, both eyes! To say I was a nervous wreck because it was their first time under anesthesia and first surgery ever is an understatement. Dr. Bartiss and his team were excellent, updates before, during, after, and even today when I had questions I immediately got the help I needed by calling the office. Dr Bartiss and his team has been working with my daughter since she was 4mths old. I really enjoy them and the care that we have received these pass couple years. Alexandria is now 13 and has developed some more issues with her eyes. Dr Bartiss and Mrs Tenille gave me the resources and things that I needed to help my daughter. For that I say Thank You.
