I had an extremely disappointing first visit with Dr. Hugh, and other patients should be aware of the issues I experienced. I scheduled the appointment for immunology, not allergy, yet the office was confused from the start—sending me instructions for allergy testing I had already declined and even texting me to stop my allergy medication for testing I wasn’t scheduled for. It seemed as the prescriber already had made up his mind after looking at my paperwork and has the same treatment for most patients. He gave a warning that I would end up with asthma that if I did not do the treatment, and got the impression he prescribed injection to most patients. Did not offer alternative treatments such as a saline spray after I voiced my concerns of long term use of steroids. A very brief evaluation after waiting over a 1/2 hour.
The office staff was so pleasant and helpful. Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Hugh were wonderful they help me so much. We’re very patient and spent a lot of time with me. I really appreciate what they did for me.
Dr. Hugh was excellent and his expertise was impeccable. Highly recommend
