Good luck trying to make an appointment. If you try to book online, the website tells you to call them. If you call you’ll be placed on hold for forever and no one picks up.
My daughter had her first appointment. She did well. It was time to see Dr Hugh. He was informative, but when I asked a question, he became very defensive or annoyed. I’m not a doctor. I thought asking questions is okay, especially for a 9 year old That’s not capable of advocating for herself. Just not really inviting and will find someone else. I will say the tech or nurse that did her allergy test, was awesome.
Dr. Hugh and his team are incredible!!!! I have been going for weekly allergy shots and am about to start monthly, they take my safety seriously as I had a reaction during my fourth series and I really appreciate them. His team is very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions or concerns I have. The front desk team are also great! Would highly recommend. My only suggestion is to ask for an epi pen to be prescribed right from the beginning because you never know.
The female receptionists have on two occasions been very unprofessional and rude. On the first occasion I had an appointment with dr hugh and he was running 45 minutes late and the nurses told me that the receptionists were told to notify me. I went to the front desk and explained I have a 2 year old at daycare that needed to be picked up and that I was never notified and the receptionist was flippant and dismissive and barely apologized for not calling me.
