I am a paraplegic and have home health. I had an issue getting my regular urologist to prescribe medication. I left a message and the call desk left a message for me. This Dr responded to my message. I'm glad I'm not his patient! He was rude, curt and arrogant all at the same time! He kept cutting me off as I tried to explain what was going on. He had no patience and came across as if he thought that I was ignorant in what I was saying about my health matters. I'm a firm believer in KARMA. Hope he gets a visit from her soon.... read more
Dr.Hsai is great! I love his bedside manner. I will never see another urologist again as long as he is around.
I'm very pleased with Dr. Hsia (Shaw) and his staff.
He doesn’t seem to care about my daughter she has been in pain two weeks will not call or schedule an appointment or schedule lithotripsy .if you care you would call back. Nurse is nasty and may have not even told him.
Worst doctor ever! Run don’t walk! He did surgery on my dad years ago and kept doing surgery before letting my dad heal from previous surgery. Sent my dad to an oncologist without doing biopsy. Oncologist called him an idiot. Staff was rude as well! We took our care to Columbia because there was no one decent urologist at the time in Florence.
