Michael Howell is an amazing agent! He is easy to talk to and doesn’t mind taking the time to explain your coverages and truly makes his customers feel like they matter. They were concerned about ME, not my car when I had the worst accident of my life. They are ALWAYS helpful about providing the right coverage for ME. I personally will never leave this agency! I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional and irresponsible insurance company. They’ve been putting accidents under my name instead of my brother’s, and now third parties are showing wrecks on my record. One of these accidents happened when I didn’t even have State Farm. When I spoke to Michael Howell, he told me I’d have to fix it myself with the third party even though it was their fault.
