I am giving The Howell Agency a 3 and Statefarm a 000. Approximatley the 1 st of April I recieved a call and was told my insurance had been looked at and The Howell Agency could save me some money. After recieving home owners and car quotes I decided to change back to State Farm. I paid my Home Owners bill and started my policy back the last week of April. Thinking everything was ok life went on. Yesterday May the 21st I get a call and am told my Home Owners was being canceled as of 6/6/2026. Reason being the roof inspection... read more
Michael Howell is an amazing agent! He is easy to talk to and doesn’t mind taking the time to explain your coverages and truly makes his customers feel like they matter. Jennifer, his assistant is always prompt to help and has never missed returning my call or text. I can’t say enough good things about this office. Highly recommend!!!
I used to be that guy who said "insurance is insurance"... but until you experience a real tragedy, you might never realize just how valuable and helpful a rock solid agent like MICHAEL AND HIS OUTSTANDING, AMAZING AND TREMENDOUSLY HELPFUL TEAM really are! They were concerned about ME, not my car when I had the worst accident of my life. They are ALWAYS helpful about providing the right coverage for ME. I personally will never leave this agency! So very thankful for them!
I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional and irresponsible insurance company. They’ve been putting accidents under my name instead of my brother’s, and now third parties are showing wrecks on my record. One of these accidents happened when I didn’t even have State Farm. When I spoke to Michael Howell, he told me I’d have to fix it myself with the third party even though it was their fault.
