Dr Horowitz was very transparent with the surgery he needed to perform on my mother. He answered all questions and even spoke with my daughter who is a PA in neurosurgery to ensure we were clear with upcoming procedure. He was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking that kind of speciality.
