Some home town store. I've purchased a Subarau Outback Touring new (2022), Subaru Crosstrek new (2024), and we were going to purchase new (2025) Outback Premium yesterday 9/19/2025. However, when Janesville Subaru lost their focus by gossiping about me to my child, I immediately decided to take my business elsewhere. I just bought my first Subaru yesterday! From the moment I walked up to the front doorI got a totally different vibe. Will Espinoza (Manager) greeted me at the door and asked what brought me in and I told him I was "just looking" to find out more about the Crosstrek (since I really knew nothing about Subaru). Today is 30AUG25. Went over there and was simply going to see what I'd see. Just happened to run into a salesman named Steven whose dad works there as well. Thought I'd make a trip knowing that the "actual" car I wanted was in transit to the dealership. Got there, all of a sudden there's a used 2025 Outback Wilderness available. My daughter is a very busy nurse and mother of a 3 year old boy. I went with her because she was having a break issue with he car. Not only did they fix her car they gave he information on how to use prevent maintaining foe fall and spring to help her prevent problems in the future. My daughter and I were making the trek from Kansas City to Pheonix (college bound) in her Forester and had the oil temp light come on multiple times between KC and Amarillo. I cannot say enough good things about the Hendrick Subaru Service Team. I purchased my barely used Subaru Outback from another dealership after 2 years of waiting and comparing inventory, but have been taking it to Hendrick for all service, including oil changes as they are closer to me.
