The service center has to be the absolute worst place to take your rv. They have had our travel trailer since June 30th and it is still not finished for very minor repairs. A small screen for a window, a small blind for a window, a blind turner to open and close the blind (which never came with the trailer when we got it), and to reinforce the shelf that the exhaust hood attaches to. Worst customer service I have ever seen. If you search reviews they are all saying the same thing. Do not shop here drive to reno. They need to get rid of all these people here and start fresh.
