Office called me the day of my appointment to cancel because Dr Hoffman does not accept any Blue Cross Blue Shield Commercial plans. They acknowledged that confusion because they said their office is indeed contracted with BCBS but Dr. Hoffman personally won’t see any patients with that insurance type. In the end, a waste of time as they could have said when the appointment was made rather than canceling the day of
Dr. Hoffman is OK. I asked him a simple question: meds or surgery. He could have said "it's your decision" or "we need to do further studies to decide". Instead he gave me a 10 min talk trying to dodge the question. His dodging was so inept I had to turn my head sideways because I started giggling - I just lost my concentration after 5 min. But other than talking he's fine.
Can not say enough about Dr Hoffman between myself and my dad he has went above and beyond.
Outstanding Dr & support staff! HIGHLY recommend. Spoke clearly with compassion to my husband, explained things clearly. No long wait to get the appointment, no long wait at the appointment. Very smart Physician. Plenty of parking and the office is spotless. John & Judy Hirrel
Dr Hoffman is a very good urologist! He always made me feel comfortable! He just knows what he's saying trust him!! He would always follow up with me to see how I'm feeling! Besides for that he's a good urologist he's also a good understanding person. Wich everyone would love to have a Dr like that!
