Bahar was incredibly helpful and professional during our visit to Michael Hill at Yorkdale. She guided my fiancé and me with care and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated her knowledge and excellent service.
Poor quality products, horrible customer service.
My friend bought me a necklace and earring set here. She said that the lady who helped her originally was very sweet. When I opened the box there was makeup stained all over it and unfortunately I just don’t really wear earrings or necklaces so I decided to exchange for something else. When I came to exchange a lovely associate Patty was helping me to find something. I visited Micheal Hills for the first time today and I must say , the customer service was exceptional. Franki C attended to me and she was so professional and gracious . I definitely will be shopping again .
