It's truly disappointing to leave a negative review. Yesterday, my husband went to purchase a surprise gift for me. Despite waiting patiently for 30 minutes, he left within 3 minutes after finally being service. The shortness of the service, lasting only 3 minutes, highlights the staff's desire to rush customers in and out without fostering a meaningful interaction.
