It's truly disappointing to leave a negative review. Yesterday, my husband went to purchase a surprise gift for me. Despite waiting patiently for 30 minutes, he left within 3 minutes after finally being service. The shortness of the service, lasting only 3 minutes, highlights the staff's desire to rush customers in and out without fostering a meaningful interaction. While the earrings he bought are beautiful, he wasn't informed that they were meant for children, not adults. It's disheartening because he spent $260, only to r... read more

Definitely do not recommend!!! Staff are rude! Jewellery is very poor quality and over priced for what you get. Go to a reputable Jeweller and do your research and read the reviews which i didnt do unfortunately. So many people with the same issues.
