My husband purchased my engagement ring from this store less than four years ago and since then one of the diamonds has fallen out three times from everyday use (driving a car, reaching in a shopping basket, watching a sporting match). The first time I brought it back to this store and the customer service was shockingly bad, so I went to the Stockland store the second time and they were fantastic and friendly. If I could give Michael Hill Willows zero stars I would! The manager is the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Told a delivery time when ordering an item which we were happy with. Ring several weeks later to see if the item was on time for delivery to be told by this so called sales professional manager that we were not told that delivery time! Advised her we both heard the same thing and it was definately NOT the 3 months she was telling us we were told! She was not there so how would she know what w... read more

Dan is rude, condescending and arrogant, avoid him and this store at all costs. They won't honour returns either. Go next door to Angus and Robertson or Wallace Bishop.
Getting married engaged or just looking for a gift this is the place to visit. They have everything that is beautiful and expensive but also reasonably priced. From silver to gold and rubies to diamonds. Everything beautiful here. The staff were only to happy to chat with us with no pressure to buy. They run a nice clean shop here. Would recommend this store for a visit. Cheers big ears
