I was at MHJ store at The Glen, and Jenny served me. I told Jenny that i am looking for myself and something caught my eyes. I had a problem with a piece that I brought from another store took it in to The Glen. Anika, I hope I spelt her name correctly. Was so wonderful she didn't ask me to prove anything she just took the piece fixed it for me and even put it in a better display box and a new bag so that when I gave it to my partner as a graduation gift it looks special it's this kind of customer service that makes the Michael Hill at The Glen exceptional. Indian sales lady is rude or maybe judgemental, she only entertain the customer she thinks has money. Just because I’m wearing a gym short and top and yeezy shoes doesn’t mean i don’t have money. Shame there’s no more customer there and she just look at me and then pretended that she’s cleaning. I was gonna get the $3k ring on clearance but decided not since she doesn’t make me feel like i deserve it.
