last week, I visited the Henderson Michael hill to get a gift for my friend for her birthday and the awesome Sally welcomed me and my friends in with a beautiful smile and awesome energy. she helped us pick out a gift and made the process very simple and easy. she had great customer service and made all of us feel very welcomed. she is originally from Takapuna branch but was temporarily at the Henderson branch. Me and my friends were browsing to buy a gift for a friend and we met this lovely lady, Sally who influenced our purchase of the perfect set for my friend's birthday (which she loved). She had such a bubbly and welcoming energy which made our experience so much better, she was definitely one of my favourite customer service people.
