My wife came in today and was racially profiled. She wanted to see a gold Cuban link chain and was told she needed to give them her ID for them to hold onto while browsing. They then stated that ALL jewellery stores have this policy which is a complete lie.
My mother went in there and bought a necklace and earring set and five days later the chain broke she went back in to get a new chain, and the sales associate that was working had insinuated that she had pulled the chain and broke it. She ended up having to pay five dollars plus tax for a new chain when it should not have costed anything and it should’ve been a straight exchange. Horrible customer service and bad product quality. Just bought a chain 10 days already broke and they don’t fix or allow return. No guarantee on the product
I've spent like five thousand dollar at this shop evey Christmas something new.not this year. My wife Is disappointed. So I used to go to sunridge mall every month or when i needed to go to the doctor, dentist or shopping but I will never go back there again because of their parking enforcement. They have turned everything into paid parking. Just for that. I hope this mall goes under.
