I came in to get paperwork for a ring I purchased last September, and the staff was unable to provide it. This was extremely disappointing. I then contacted another Michael Hill location, and they confirmed that the paperwork should not be an issue at all. I relayed this information back to the store, as all Michael Hill locations should follow the same procedures, yet the issue was still not resolved. I had an issue with my ring and Krish was very helpful. I had to phone customer service, but then Krish was quick to phone me back and let me know the status updates of what was going on. He connected with customer service and helped me with my ring warranty. I appreciated his excellent communication! Thanks!
