Staff repaired my chain quickly while I sat and waited. Good service.
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. Went in to service a ring. The two workers lacked professionalism and did not even address customers who walked in. The Michael hill rep literally looks me straight into the eyes and says nothing as he sees me walking out. Disappointed in this Sunridge location.
