Went in store a few months ago, enquiring about some jewellery. They needed to contact head office for pricing...never got back to me. Obviously didn't want the sale.

Thankyou to the amazing manager of Michael Hill Singleton!! I had been told missleading information at the start of the year about a ring i adored and had been wanting for a while but was not in the market for. Finally inquired about it and was told it was being discontinued by a staff member and it could not be resized. I was heart broken. Fast forward to not even a month ago I asked about this ring and what I was told and I was immediately apologised to and my request was put as a priority!!
