Whenever my partner and I visit MH, we like dealing with Kat as she is so attentive and really cares about providing quality customer service! The manager is also very nice at this location
I came into the store so excited to buy a necklace I had found online. This store said it was in stock. I showed the sales person the picture off the website and she immediately said she doesn’t have that necklace. She then proceeded to ask if I’m sure that it’s off the Michael hill website. No desire to even look up the item. I felt helpless and really mistreated
