I came into the store so excited to buy a necklace I had found online. This store said it was in stock. I showed the sales person the picture off the website and she immediately said she doesn’t have that necklace. She then proceeded to ask if I’m sure that it’s off the Michael hill website. No desire to even look up the item. I felt helpless and really mistreated

Staff are kind and helpful. Service is done in a timely expected manner. Jewelry quality is great, no issues with poor craftsmanship. Kawal was very helpful.
Service was good. Product is not. Bought a pair of studs, the backing was so loose I lost a stud on the first day.
