Came in with my girlfriend to replace a loose backing for an earring on her recent purchase. Kat was ending her shift but as she was leaving, she noticed that we weren’t being helped since all of the other associates were busy. Whenever my partner and I visit MH, we like dealing with Kat as she is so attentive and really cares about providing quality customer service! The manager is also very nice at this location
