Came in last week and had a great experience and pleasure of speaking with Haika. She was so friendly, and welcoming and answered all my questions. Unfortunately i didn’t end up getting anything but she was so sweet!
If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would, and it's unfortunate that I need to post this on Google as a review.However , people need to be aware of who they're going into business with when they purchase from this store. My husband and I bought our wedding and engagement rings from this store in 2020. His initial ring had a row of diamonds that fell out and the manager at the time Replaced the ring under the lifetime warranty that we had purchased and then the same thing happened again to the new ring and the current store... read more
