I’m very sad to say it’s not Michael hill I am giving this one star review to- it’s the store and there very unprofessional behaviour. I ended up driving to Kamloops and had the best experience there. I know it may be a drive but I highly recommend as opposed to this store in Kelowna. I’ve purchased several pieces from this store over the years for my wife, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. I recently ordered three sets of earrings online for in-store pickup. When I arrived, I was told that one of the items was actually a stud and not considered an earring. They refused a refund and would only offer store credit. Strangest experience ever. Walked in to look at gold bracelets, tried to explain what it is that I liked. I showed a photo of a bracelet I loved at another jewelry store as a reference and the associate smiled and said: why don't you get it there then? I didn't even know how to react and said that I am still looking for "the one". It takes more than one store to pick a bracelet that costs $1000+. Not coming back. That was the opposite of what a sales associate supposed to do.
