Diamond fell out of ring after 12 months. Would not fix under warranty. Reluctantly decided to pay to have it fix, but was told "store was closing so take it somewhere else". Very average effort from Michael Hill Jewelers. We would not go back.
The girls were so nice to me, made me feel really welcome. Their product knowledge was good, they also let me know about the cleaning service. Helped me make a decision about two sets I was torn between. Good experience.
Lisa K, manager at the Mildura Store was so helpful today. She went above and beyond to help us, and genuinely cared for our situation. We can't thank her and the service she gave enough. Highly recommend.
