I gave my ring to Michael Hill for resizing and left my contact details, but I never received a call when it was ready. After following up several times, I finally went in person and learned the ring was already at the store under my husband’s name, though neither of us had been contacted. Unfortunately, the resizing was also not done correctly, so I’ll need to return it again. Disappointed with the communication and service.
This is above all , one of my favorite stores to shop!! I appreciated that the worker in Charlottetown took the time to order what I needed from another store and have it shipped express. The customer service is exceptional!!
Sold me a scratched ring that I am now stuck with and cannot return at any location. Never left the box or was worn and yet when I brought it to a Michael Hill location they told me that I could not return it because it had been used. Absolutely ridiculous.
