Attended Michael Hill and was amazed by the service provided by staff. Volkan provided excellent service and was very patient throughout our selection process, he went out of his way to help us select the jewellery we wanted. We highly recommend visiting this store and seeing Volkan. 10/10.

Dont waste your money. Jewellery is only made to last until just outside the warranty period then they give you copy/paste responses as to why they cant help you. If i could give 0 stars i would. Tamara who is a "team leader" in head office was rude and refused to pass me on to the complaints team. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
