Beware the Michael Hill Scam Plan… sorry Care Plan. Upsell you a care plan and fail to make it clear that if you do not return your item every 6 months for inspection your Care Plan is void. Response is “well you signed here” on the document. Will never shop at Michael Hill again. Update. Ring is now losing stones. Steer clear of Micheal Hill. Now offering poor quality jewellery with scam care plans. Joke of a business.
Julie at the Watergardens store is absolutely incredible, the best customer service I have ever received. She has made our experience at Michael Hill worth remembering.
Staff in the store are incredible. Julie was an absolute dream to deal with and the reason why I went to Michael Hill for my wedding band. Her service was far better than any other jeweller in the center, and I got a great ring far cheaper than any other jeweller could offer
