I don't understand all the great reviews. Horrible time attempting 2 telemed appointments. No one in the office nor the hospital could help. Made an appointment. We live 1.5 hours away. Made the trip. Road construction was going to make us late just 6 miles from the office. They said if we're more than 7 minutes late we have to reschedule. In the middle of me talking the front office woman just hung up. We did arrive late by 10 minutes. 3 minutes over the 7 minute time. True to this words doctor would not see my husband. Was very pleased with Dr Hemphill. He listens, explains the test results in a calm kind manner. He also does followup, which is not a practice with some doctors these days. I really appreciate him!
