Do not go here! I repeat! Do not go here! Dr hazel is too old to be practicing dentistry. My boyfriend just got home and informed me dr hazel broke his tooth and tried to hide it from him. When my boyfriend asked to see a mirror to see the damage, they said they don't have any but yet they had one sitting right next him. my boyfriend got fillings and they didnt even use the tool to smooth them out! Dr Hazel worked on my teeth in I think 1981, I hadnt been to a dentist for 5 years and had many cavities. We were both members of a trade group that allowed me to trade for dental work. i did not at the time appreciate the quality, but The work he did lasted almost 15 years before dental pain drove me back to a dentist. I had forgotten who had worked on my teeth 15 years ago so I chose a dentist close by my residence who repaired several cavities but left me in pain and unable to eat without food packing between my teeth. dental cleaning and exam. A gold inlay. Gold the best dental material I have ever had. Doc had to redo the inital gold inlay from a another dentist now I am pain free
nice staff members very caring to patients. New equipment and great location
Not a fan of Dr. Hazel's office. They numbed the wrong side of my mouth and once they realized it they said, "oops, never done that before." When I asked what was going on they were not straight up with me. It was a very painful, long, awful experience. I left the place crying and will never go back again!
