Michael Hayes is hands down one of the best men’s high end fashion clothing stores in Newport. The selection is high-end, modern and unique, and the customer service is next level. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and makes the whole experience feel personal and not pushy. If you’re looking for quality clothing and a true luxury shopping experience, this is THE spot!
Walked into the store and was completely ignored by the staff. Instead of being welcomed, I was met with stares and was even followed outside when I left. The experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. This is not a BIPOC-friendly space — I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
