This vibrant and alert 75 year old suffered a tumble resulting in need of attention. It was to my relief that a mature, accomplished reknowned professionsal provided me with care . Reassuring tone, steady gaze and clear instructions calmed any reservations I may have held. I am not the easiest of patients.
