I get it, COVID was a weird time for dentists, but as an existing patient I would have at last expected a call back. I made "appointments" on their website but received no response. The building is weirdly tight, not a great experience all around. I found a new dentist.
If you're interested in being condescended to and having your insurance--who actually referred you to them in first place and is one of the largest and has never failed to cover any expenses--questioned, whether you could pay cash or not, while they simultaneously forget who pays who and how capitalism works, this is the dentist for you.
