This office kept harassing me for a bill I didn't owe. I kept going back and forth with them and the insurance company which had paid for the bill for months. Finally I went to one of the chain of Radiology Offices that had submitted the bill and left the proof that the insurance company had paid for it. The next day I got a call that it from the Radiology Office that the bill had been paid. I called Micheal Harrison to let them know this. They didn't seem sure. These people are awful to deal with.
Extremely rude staff. If I could i would give 0 stars. Does not take responsibility for their actions. Does not coordinate with their clients. Even when the payments are made they do not consider it being paid.
Very rude and unprofessional with zero results after calling to get basic information.
Gotta love getting a debt collector notice and bill when I have every bank statement proving I paid my medical bill to Hackensack radiology on time!! Shame on you
