Not real happy with the outcome of my surgery or the way the staff treats me here.
I broke my tibia playing soccer in high school. Dr. Handy did two surgeries (to insert and then remove hardware) for my broken tibia. It is now 15+ years later. And to this day I still think about how incredible he was for both surgeries. My scars are nearly invisible and I’ve seen countless people who had the same surgery as me and my scar on my knee is like an 1/8th of theirs and nearly impossible to see. Mr Handy will you please help me find out how to calm my muscle spasms the pain is on another level your staff said I can't make an appointment because my insurance with blue cross didn't pay my entire bill. I feel like it's unfair for me to be held accountable for blue cross blue shield. I've been to all the physical therapists, I really need some help.
