I made an appointment for a physical and several months later went in for my appointment. During my physical, Dr. Hamilton asked if I was having any health issues. I told him that I had recently been experiencing some leg pain. Later I was billed for an office visit and not for a physical (which my insurance company would have paid for entirely) because he had made a diagnosis. Dr. Hamilton has been a life saver for me. Prior to going to Dr. Hamilton I had a health problem that I had addressed with my previous two Dr. they just let it slide. Dr. Hamilton put me through an extensive checkup on my first visit, they found a sickness that the Surgeon said I had ,had probably for at least 20yrs His through exam I was able to have a surgery that saved my life.
Dr. Hamilton treats me like a person first, then a Patent. He is very personable, he takes his time to explain things to me, and he really listens and cares about what I have to say. I'm not handed a prescription and sent out the door, he genuinely wants to help me, and I respect him for that.
Dr. Hamilton is the most caring doctor I’ve ever received care from. The previous one star review is probably a bogus review. He has cared for me for 20 plus years, under private insurance and Medicare. Always treated with a very professional manner and makes me feel like I’m his only patient.
Avoid this doctor!! Billing practices caters to Medicaid insured, not hard working patients who have to pay for health care. Not very smart either and doesn’t seem to care at all
