I went there in pain after a doctor made a hole in my sinus by accident. He was rude, curt , no bedside manner, no asking if I was in lain. I waited like 45 minutes to see him and he was in and out in 5 minutes. When I said I was confused because of what he was saying about oral surgeon he was rude and acted like I was dumb! Please develop a better bedside manner. I went to him because he had good reviews.

Dr. Hall and staff are an A+ rating. Recommended to friends and they fully agree! No sales 'pitches', just straight forward and highly professional services. Dr. Hall's en suite surgical facility reduces costs and keeps his staff in a hands on and in house procedural position, creating the best patient care possible. A real find.

I've been going to Golden State and specifically Dr. Michael Hall for a few years now and I will never go anywhere else. I get botox and fillers there and every time I have ever gone he has gone above and beyond in both service (staff included) and results. I cant say more about how happy I am with Dr. Hall. I have been getting fillers and botox for years and I drive from Oakland to his office in Walnut Creek because I know he will be consistent, caring, skilled, and responsive. When I went to Dr.Hall I had no nose left on my face. He was very confident and assured me he could put me back to normal. He rebuilt my nose and I will soon be whole again.His staff is very professional and and his office is impressive.Thank You
