Es indiferente no se preocupa por sus pacientes no te explica o te acesora de tu enfermedad y no te llaman para el recordatorio de tus citas un trato hostil y frio no lo recomiendo es una pena porque todos los demás servicios médicos son excelente
By far my worst experience has been with Dr. Hait and his staff. Dr. Hait gave me a 30 day sample of Rinvoq to take for rheumatoid arthritis before checking to see if it was covered by my insurance. I called the office to let them know that I still didn’t hear from my pharmacy about Rinvoq and I only had 2 more pills left. His secretary, Helena was very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a patient of Dr. hait, for a long time and it just seems recently that there’s no time for the patient. This is what happened I was in a car accident in August actually August 20, the emergency room that I went to said I would be sore. I waited a day or two to see if the soreness goes away if not call your doctor So I called Dr. HAITs office office I believe it was August 21 or 22nd and his, receptionist ( not the doctor, because she never even put me on hold.
