After ordering a host of tests for a serious medical issue, I didn’t hear back. I called the office and was told I needed to make an appt. Got to the office, was then told they don’t accept my Blue Cross, and that I needed to pay out of pocket ($400). I pulled out my HSA card and was told they don’t accept cards … and that I couldn’t get my results without an appointment. Dr. Hahn was the one physician who developed a treatment plan for my many ongoing medical issues. He is a straight shooter, and takes the time to educate you on your diagnostic test results and what he can do to help. He performed 6 surgeries for me that helped maintain my ability to walk. I will forever be in his debt, and I highly recommend him if you are not getting the answers you need from other people. His office staff are incredibly caring and helpful as well.
