The facility is great but not this specific doctor. Seemed quite inexperienced in clinical decision making and did not follow a patient involved, collaborative approach.
Dr Hagen is a wonderful and kind doctor. He listened to my concerns and then made a plan with me to address them. Doctors make me nervous but he never has.
