Extremely unprofessional front desk at doctor Hadley’s office. 2 girls that they work on the front the way they treat patients as if you are going for fun to see the doctor. The front desk girl raised her voice talking to my patient when she said why are you yelling, she said I’m not yelling I can’t hear you. What a great excuse. Dr. Hadley has been my primary physician for about three years. I have only experienced excellence in every one of my visits. He is caring, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He asks questions, listens well and his instructions demonstrate his genuine care. My wife is also his patient.
Dr. Michael Hadley's neglect of my severe medical condition was alarming. Despite my dangerously high blood pressure and request for testing, he refused to order any tests and dismissed my concerns. Instead of addressing my immediate health needs, he focused on obtaining medical records from a trip to Mexico months prior, delaying any potential diagnosis or treatment.
