It has been many years but this doctor was absolutely horrible. I had just had thyroid operation and he gained 40 lb in one month and I was losing my hair. His diagnosis was that I was vain. I have never forgotten that. Finally found a good endocrinologist that put me on the correct thyroid medication
An absolutely wonderful physician that I had the luck and privilege to care for me while I lived in Roanoke and needed care before, during and after a high risk pregnancy. He was encouraging, very helpful and knowledgeable of my medical issues and I definitely recommend him if you are in the area and need the care of a great endocrinologist.
Have seen Dr Koch for over 20 years and appreciate his straightforward approach. If you have thin skin, and don’t appreciate the truth as it applies to your health then he is not for you.
