I felt rushed.Appointment lasted less than 5 minutes. Doctor Fattal was abrupt. He seemed annoyed with me because I didn’t follow up with my primary care doctor for ear infection that was treated a month ago. I explained I wanted to see a specialist since I still had issues with my ear. Very stressful experience.
If you value being listened to or treated with basic compassion, do not see Dr. Fattal. Following sinus surgery performed by one of his colleagues, I experienced a rare but severe complication involving profuse bleeding. I was sent to the ENT emergency room, where doctors spent over two extremely painful hours suctioning clotted blood from my nose and inserting an oversized nasal packing deep into an inflamed nasal cavity to stop further bleeding. Dr. Fattah is really good at what he does.
Dr. Fattal is an extremely competent and efficient doctor. He listened to my concerns and did tests right on the spot that addressed my concerns, without any lag time. The whole staff was excellent. This is the way I like medical care to be!
