My mom is an 85 -year-old patient of Dr. Bresnahan's. Needless to say, I'm, frequently, calling the office to ask questions regarding her health, or to set up emergency appt.'s. Whenever I have to leave a message, the Secretary, Josephine, or another staff person is good about returning my call in a timely manner. They answer questions that can be answered (over the phone).
