Office staff sucks. Fully scheduled a procedure and never prescribed any meds. Came for the procedure and it was canceled because I didn’t take the meds that were never prescribed. Shitty office for a shitty doc.
Been a patient of Dr. Bass for a couple years now. I heartily recommend you read reviews, and I am making my opinion known. I'm an old fart - soon to be 79 - and have had good and bad medical experiences. I had an EGD ("swallow the camera") done, and numerous tests ordered by Dr. Bass. I've been with Dr. Bass for several years now, back when he first started with the practice. I remember when he called me back for the first time, I thought he was too young to be a doctor! I called the office today to get my hubby of almost 5 years to get in for a colonoscopy - he's never had one. I chose the option of a call-back after holding for a little bit. I had a CT colonoscopy. A month later no one has contacted me no follow-up and I am very disappointed I called and they still can't tell me anything they're going to go through the records and call me back. Poor Management in lack of communication
This office never resolved the billing issue, they sold my account to a collection agency. I wrote down my entire experience with this doctor and his staff. The debt was removed but I still don't know what the results of any tests were and don't trust this doctor, his staff or the medical group they all belong to. Nor were any apologies given for the way that their billing representative spoke to me, she said I would have to pay that bill(along with a lot of other things she said)but I guess I got the last laugh around that,... read more
