Amazing medical care, nice staff, terrible phone customer service. Amazing healthcare providers....... but it takes forever to get someone to talk on the phone, the medication refill phone line rarely picks up and when they do answer, they can put you on hold for more than 30 minutes and then when you call back they don't answer because it is 4:40 and they put their answering service on (even if closing time is 5). So if you are patient enough, it is worth it.
El PEOR LUGAR !!!! No te mandan las referencias tiene uno que estar hable y hable se Buelben en puras MENTIRAS !!! Te dejan esperando en linea No contestan el teléfono. No Lo recomiendo. Sus " secretarias " No hacen bien su trabajo que es lo que deberían atender al cliente. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR.
Staff and doctors and Nurse practitioner are all kind and respectful to patients
Truly disappointed in this staff from start to finish. No matter the time of day, the front desk staff is in a bad mood. Last appointment time I was the first soul there - yet I was forgotten about in the waiting room and clinical room. I was given the wrong medication and dosage amount with ZERO apology or accountability taken when brought up to the NP. It's rare for me to make such a review but this is a warning to those looking to this "care" facility.
