Dr. Guma is very nice and informative. He answered all my questions and was very patient.
this office never pick up the phone
Dr. Guma is great. The staff never answers the phones. It doesn't matter if a patient calls, a pharmacy or another doctor's office. They never answer. It would be funny if it wasn't so frustrating.
Dr. Guma was very understanding and concerned about my pain . He helped me understand and navigate my treatment for my disorder.
Dr.Guma is extremely arrogant and completely insincere. He does not listen to concerns and seems to not care about how you're feeling. He uses medical terminology and expects you to just understand what he's talking about , rather than take his time and explain everything. No bed side manner whatsoever. I was a patient of his for quite a few years and every time I left I felt really bad about my time spent in his office. I decided it was time to part ways with him.
