They have been good to us. They have done tree pruning and helped us with grounds runoff issues. They have been very responsive, found solutions quick and fit us into the schedule sooner than expected. Matt was very proactive from the time he came to look at the runoff issue. The guys who came to complete the project could have communicated a little more on after care/tips while here, but overall, they were very good to work with.
The crew were very efficient and polite. They all introduced themselves to me before they started, which makes things a lot more personal and creates a team feeling. They checked with me before starting, and checked in twice during the process to make sure that everything was as I had expected. I have already arranged the next job we'll have them do--I highly recommend them.
Very professional and responsive. We hired them to clear beaches from wires and to trim branches away from our roof to prevent more moss buildup. They skillfully pruned the branches back while maintaining a nice shape of the tree. This is the second time I have used them and will call on them in the future if needed. I highly recommend them.
Professional and on time. They know how too trim a tree to prolong it's life and make sure tree will stay healthy and flourish. Very happy with their service.
These guys are amazing . . .had to remove 3 huge trees plus trim and clear an overgrown area. They did everything they said they would in the proposal, super nice, super efficient. I would never use anyone else if I had to remove more trees. Had a very bad experience with a DIFFERENT service; wish I had called Michael Grimm Services!
