Michael Greenstein and his team painted our house 3 months ago and did a fantastic job. The job started at the beginning of the COVID quarantine and Nazario and Alex we very professional throughout their time spent on this project . They took 2/3 days prepping the house by doing stucco repair/retexturing , filling the dry rot/termite damage, and power washing the house. Michael Greenstein Co painted our Encinitas home in June 1920. We've had our home painted several times over the past 32 years and Michael Greenstein and team did the best job ever. The quote was fair and the team led by Poncho was super capable, professional, responsive, and always courteous. Their stucco repair was very thorough and the paint coverage was excellent. We were completely satisfied and our home looks great.
My wife and I recently used Michael Greenstein and his team to repaint our home in Rancho Santa Fe. The experience was exceptionally good, the work was done expertly and very professionally. I doubt that there could have been a better experience. Michael was very responsive and his pricing very competitive. His team was excellent and a pleasure to work with, arriving early, working diligently and observing Covid restrictions. It was a very bad experience to say the least. I strongly suggest you use another company. The bid on the project told us it would take 6 to 8 weeks to paint our complex took over 6 months before they finished. the Painting was fair at best. They painted sections of the complex different shades and then had to repaint it. They came back to us and said they underbid the project and wanted more money.
