Michael Gratz owns this business, and he smokes inside his office daily. His office is disgusting and he continues to do this, against state law and against the nonsmoking policy of his landlord. His smoke penetrates the apartments in the building above his office. He has been asked numerous times to stop, but shows complete disregard for the health of the other residents in his building.
