Mike is a smart and talented young realtor who ensured I get a good deal . He was dedicated and we even had a remote viewing when I was in India . He is not pushy and very patient and that is something I definitely expect as a customer . This was our first experience with a realtor and we will never move alone again! Mike was patient, communicative, and personable throughout the process. Originally we actually found a rental on Kijiji, feel in love with it, and opted to move forward without a realtor - what a high mistake that almost was! Mike was very helpful in finding me a condo.He was very flexible with timings and showed me beautiful rental units as per my requirements.I really appreciate his effort with all the lease documents .I am new to the country so he guided me through the whole process.I am surely going to refer him to all my friends and would personally also reach out to him as well when I plan to buy a property.
