Michael, I'm very disappointed that five days ago you submitted an offer for your clients to purchase my home and never followed up with any of the counters; you missed all of the timelines. It's very unprofessional and concerning. I would hesitate to work with you as a buyer, seller, or property owner. I'd worry you wouldn't follow through with the details to close a sale.

Responsiveness is incredible, always answers calls or promptly returns. Has great knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kind, great energy and makes a chaotic event of selling and buying a home a simple process. Has your best interest in mind, throughly explained verbiage and went over disclosure documents highlighting any concerns. Would definitely recommend !!
