Worst care at Advent Health let a patient get discharged without a full plan — case management is a joke and rude, blew off appt and the Nurse leader just wanted to know where I bought an outfit. Patient is not stable or should have ever been discharged without proper care plan and hospital cares more about money! Someone stole her Trailmix, and case manager said patient is fine with advanced dementia, diabetes, advanced kidney disease, severe anxiety, heart procedure and pace maker and leukemia and lymphoma. I had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Robert’s. I was very sick in June with an illness that had been overlooked. I almost died even though I repeatedly told the doctors something wasn’t right. I ended up in the ICU my family and I have still not recovered. I have tried to talk to specialist within the practice about the fact I am still not well and I had 2 bad experiences with specialist that disregarded my symptoms.
