He encouraged me to take a settlement because I wasn't able to get surgery yet (Covid era). I received a settlement that was enough to pay for surgery only (which I still never have gotten). They did not take into account living expenses or lost wages until I could get surgery. All the money I got paid my bills until it was gone and now I still can't work and I have no means to get the surgery I need so I can work. It was hard to get a word in with him, he will over talk you and he is somewhat condescending.
