Dr. Michael Gerringer has been my PCP for years now. He is the best I have had during my long life. He is very knowledgeable, listens to the patient, explains what he is planning to do or prescribe.
Never answers the phone
Called on 3-3-2025 to reschedule an appointment that was made for 3-6-2025. No one answered, couldn't get past automated system. Called again today,3-4-2025, to no avail,after 75 minutes finally spoke to someone at Mt. Kisco location. The office staff in Mt. Kisco tried getting in touch with someone for me,again,nothing. I have made every effort to contact the Hopewell office to reschedule my appointment with no success. Absolutely ABSURD!!!
