I had my appointment today with PA Mike Gerlach, urologist. He was professional, considerate, easy to talk with, and he listened to all my serious medical issues. He agreed to take me on as a patient to address my medical issues like I have tried last year with other drs but was denied although my tests warranted treatment. The beautiful Nurse in the lobby Tracy gave me a warm welcome and directed me to the 2nd floor via elevator. Upon arrival Dr. Gerlach’s assistant greeted me professionally and in a timely manner. My pow wow with Dr. Gerlach was exceptional - he was down to earth, patient and knowledgeable. To say that I was impressed would be an understatement.
This man has been the only one who helped me what's my kidney stone problems.
